NEW ROOFS

TPO ROOFING SYSTEM
Thermoplastic Polyolefin is one of the most common types of roofing systems both for commercial and residential roofs. It is known for being an economic alternative to many other types of roofing and has a life span of about 20-30 years.

Why TPO?
Economical: TPO offers many of the same benefits as PVC roofing such as energy efficiency but at a smaller cost
Durability: unlike many other thermoplastic membranes, TPO is resistant to dirt, tears, and punctures while maintaining its flexibility settle on houses
Energy Efficiency: Due to its white surface, TPO is very reflective. This allows for houses to maintain cool temperatures even during hot summer days, lowering energy costs
SHINGLE ROOFING
Architectural shingles have become popular amongst homeowners due to its modern look. Architectural shingles are about twice as thick as regular shingles, making them more durable and long lasting.

Why Shingles?
Appearance: due to its 3-dimensional pattern, the shingles give a more expensive appearance resembling slate or cedar shake roofs. There are also a lot of different colors and textures to best suit your home
Economical: the shingles are more affordable than other types of roof while looking expensive. They require less maintenance while lasting about 30 years
Durability: Unlike 3-tab shingles, Architectural shingles are made up of multiple layers that are stronger and more refined, making them highly resistant to heavy winds

PVC ROOFING
PVC roofing membranes are a single-ply system that is commonly found on flat roofs. They come in different colors to fit your home and have a life span of about 20 years.

Why PVC?
Resistance: the membrane has a high fire and wind resistance. It does not damage when in contact with chemicals or grease
Durability: PVC is a strong membrane and lasts for 20 years or more. It does not require much maintenance, making the cost worth it
Environmental: the membrane reflects the suns rays, reducing the cost of energy waste. Since the membrane is made of vinyl, it can be recycled even after it is used for a long period of time

METAL ROOFING
Metal roofs are known for their longevity and durability. They are installed to last a long time and although they may seem like a high cost up-front, many home owners have found that over the years it is worth the cost.

Why Metal Roof?
Durability: compared to other materials, metal stands out due to its design made to withstand wind, fire, debris, and many other things. Additionally, metal roofs are made to last about 60 years or longer
Maintenance: Due to its durability, there is little maintenance needed to keep your roof looking clean. Most home owners are recommended to check twice a year for leaves and other debris that can be left after storms.
Environmental: any metal is recycle and can be used to make other things.
EPDM ROOFING
EPDM is a rubber roof that best performs on low-slope roofs, making it convenient for commercial buildings. EPDM is manufactured in two different coatings, blue or white to best fit each home-owners preference.

Why EPDM?
Longevity: there is barely any maintenance required to keep EPDM working and it can have a life span of over 50 years
Environmental: to make the membrane, little energy is required and when replaced, all the material can be recycled
Economical: the rubber of EPDM keeps the heat from the sun out, lowering the cost of air conditioning
