After contacting more than 10 roofing contractors to inspect our roof, many were booked for 3-6 months or they did not work on flat roofs, we were fortunate to find Brel Services.  The owner Mr. Morales came out to perform an inspection, after which he provided a detail bid to install a multi-level flat roof, and skylight.  His bid was extremely competitive, and he was able to schedule the job within a few weeks.  They sent us before and after photos to show the condition of the roof before/after it was finished; especially where they had to replace the skylight and rotten wood/damage.  Mr. Morales works with a small crew, so the onsite work took several days longer than initially planned due to unexpected weather delays, the condition of the roof, resurfacing the mansard, and installation of a new skylight.  We were very satisfied with the new roof and the team left the site clean.  Our roof was installed in December 2018 and we have not had any additional problems with leaks.  If the need arises, we will hire this company again.
